Darrin Oneschuk brings more than 30 years of electrical industry experience and a proven track record of sales leadership. Prior to co-founding JDD, he consistently ranked among the top performers within a global organization operating in multiple countries with more than 170,000 employees.
At JDD, Darrin leads sales strategy, customer relationships, and market expansion. His deep industry knowledge, disciplined work ethic, and long-standing relationships across the electrical sector have been instrumental in building JDD’s reputation for reliability, responsiveness, and long-term partnership.
Jonathan Peters is an entrepreneur and global supply-chain builder with over two decades of
hands-on experience developing products and scaling businesses. After graduating from the
Richard Ivey School of Business in 2001, Jonathan began sourcing internationally and has since built long-term manufacturing partnerships across Asia and North America.
As a founder and principal of multiple industrial and distribution businesses, Jonathan focuses on identifying market gaps, building resilient supply chains, and creating high-quality product lines that serve retailers, contractors, and distributors. His strength lies in combining strategic
vision with practical execution — from factory floor to customer delivery.

Blair brings a unique blend of elite athletic discipline and hands-on technical expertise to the JDD team. After completing his Western Hockey League career with the Spokane Chiefs, he transitioned into the electrical trade, quickly advancing into leadership roles and managing large-scale commercial projects.
Now a Master Electrician, Blair’s deep understanding of electrical products, installation practices, and jobsite operations gives him exceptional insight into contractor needs. His field experience ensures that JDD’s inventory, logistics, and fulfillment processes are aligned with real-world project demands.
Blair’s commitment to efficiency, accountability, and team performance supports JDD’s mission to deliver reliable, streamlined material distribution that keeps crews productive and projects moving.
Frank Liao brings over 20 years of experience in global procurement, supplier negotiations, and international manufacturing partnerships. Having worked alongside Jonathan’s team for more than two decades, Frank has played a key role in developing and maintaining JDD’s long-term supplier relationships across Asia.
Based in China, Frank leads JDD’s overseas operations, overseeing factory engagement, production coordination, quality control, and on-the-ground supplier management.
Prior to joining JDD, Frank served as Vice Chairman of a real estate development company, where he gained extensive executive leadership and strategic management experience. His combination of commercial discipline, negotiation expertise, and local market insight strengthens JDD’s global sourcing platform.
Ivan Luna oversees JDD’s financial administration and internal operations. He manages accounting processes, financial reporting support, accounts payable and receivable, and day-to-day office coordination to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and operational discipline.
Ivan brings experience working with Fortune 500 companies and holds a degree from one of the Philippines’ leading accounting universities. His strong foundation in financial controls and structured reporting supports JDD’s continued growth and organizational stability.
With a detail-oriented and systems-driven approach, Ivan plays a key role in maintaining the financial integrity and operational flow of the company.
